Lionel #2344 New York Central F-3 AA Diesels

This Item has been sold. This sale has been certified as Final by the Attorney.

These are the #2344 New York Central F-3 AA Diesels with Dual Motors, Magnetraction and Horn that Lionel made in the early 1950s. These are the 1950-1951 model with Large Black GM Decals. One cab has Original Portholes while the other has reproductions. Also note that the cab with repro Portholes has some typical white residue spotting of mold/mildew that should clean rather easily. The rear step bracket of the non-powered "T" unit came loose somewhere in time and was improperly reattached with screws. Nice nose Decals. Our Opinion is that they are Excellent Condition. With some work these cabs can definitely be cleaned to a higher grade. The Original P Box is in (*+) Condition and includes the Insert. The T Box is in (7) Condition, missing the flaps on one end. Includes an Original 1951 dated Instruction Sheet (not shown). All Original in our Opinion. Please add $20.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
